NAVIGATE helps young people and emerging artists explore possibilities, make informed choices and shape their own creative futures.

Through monthly 1-to-1 Navigation Sessions, participants access personalised mentoring, practical guidance and support to identify opportunities and plan their next steps. Complementing these are Navigation Days — bringing people together for guest speakers, industry insight, open discussion, consultation and creative careers guidance.

Together, these opportunities build knowledge, confidence and meaningful connections, empowering participants to take ownership of their development and find their own direction within the cultural sector.
